We keep all of our patients' health information in a computer program - DENTRIX management system. There are no more missing patient's chart, no waiting to retrieve your chart. Top of all, the chartless office increases HIPPAA compliance. This mean only the doctor and a few designated personel in the office can access the patient's information, since we have personal access code for each individual.
